Shaun Rankin, Head Chef at Bohemia has been busy lately in and out of the kitchen. He's just finished filming a 6 part series for ITV Channel Television. "Shaun Rankin's Island Feast" follows Shaun as he meets some of the best producers across the Channel Islands trying out their jobs  before combining the ingredients into a dish that he'll cook up. The series is due to be aired this Autumn.
