We’ve made a series of short films – The Kitchen Companion - featuring Bohemia’s Michelin star winning chef Steve Smith. Steve shares his wealth of knowledge on four culinary areas: Jersey Royals, Stocks, Soups and Wild Foods. Filmed on location in the Bohemia kitchen and around Jersey, The Kitchen Companion demonstrates Smith’s insight into the seasonal produce that is used at Bohemia celebrates the fantastic fresh ingredients available on our fine island.

Various leading journalists, including Frank Barrett of the Daily Mail, have contributed questions that are included in the films and The Kitchen Companion will be syndicated with media outlets including iTunes. You can view them on our website here.

‘An Alternative Guide To Jersey’ Podcasts Now Available

We recently commissioned media agency Me:Mo Interactive to make a two part audio download, An Alternative Guide To Jersey, which offers visitors to our island a definitive guide as to what to do during their stay.

Hosted by the broadcaster Nat Coombs (Channel 4, BBC Radio Five Live) and recorded on location at The Club Hotel & Spa, each show features a cast of special guests including island residents Lee Durrell (Durrell Wildlife Trust), Lawrence Huggler (Huggler Group), Mike Tait (Port of Jersey) and Richard Stevens (Jersey Seafaris) sharing their insider tips and suggestions to ensure tourists get the most from their visit when visiting Jersey.
