Our kitchen garden is the island of Jersey:
Jersey Milk, Jersey Royals. Crab, Lobster, Scallops, & Seabass all landed this morning. Royal Bay Oysters harvested today. Shiitake Mushrooms and Jersey Asparagus picked for us. Seaweeds, Sea Herbs, Berries and more all foraged to order on our island.
