  • Jersey has two indoor food markets. The beautiful Victorian Central Market home to 40 specialist independent traders and food outlets. Across the road the fabulous Fish market with fishmongers and seafood restaurants.

  • Jersey exports over 700 tons of oysters a year, 80% exported to France. Grouville Bay on the east coast of Jersey has perfect tidal conditions, that rise and fall twice in 24 hours by up to 40 ft, combined with crystal clear water, create a natural filtering effect ideal for cultivating oysters.
