What time do we offer treatments?

All spa facilities are open from 8am to 8pm everyday except Sunday when the spa closes at 6pm.
Our outdoor pool is seasonal April thought Sept. (you can and people do swim in it all year when very brave, we also offer a New Years Day swim in the outdoor pool with hot drinks after!)

We offer treatments every day from 9am to 6pm.

What is the maximum number of people for a group?

We can offer up to 8 people in a single group booking.

Can I book treatments online?
Yes, booking treatments can be made on the spa page of this website or by clicking here.

What to wear for a treatment?
Customers can wear their own swimwear or we can provide disposable underwear.

Do I need to pay extra to use the spa facilities if I have a treatment booking?
No.

Can we offer treatments in the same room?
Yes, we offer a double treatment room.

Can children have spa treatments?
Children aged 16 and over can have treatments, but need parental consent.

Do we have changing facilities?

Yes, we offer changing facilities with showers, lockers, bathrobes, towels and FlipFlops free of charge.

How much are Spa Day Passes?

Spa facilities, excluding treatments, are free to use for all hotel residents for non residents a Spa Day Pass is available Monday to Friday - £10.00 Saturday and Sunday - £25.00

Can children use the spa facilities?

Hotel resident’s children under 16 can use the facilities free of charge, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Non resident’s children over 16 are subject to the Spa Day Passes as above. We do not sell Spa Day Passess for under 16 years old.

Do we have a gym?

We do not have gym facilities in the hotel but for a fee there is a premium gym next door to the hotel.
