Our Jersey Larder
Some country house hotels in the UK have kitchen gardens but none have anything like what we call our Jersey Larder. We have some of the finest and most famous produce all grown and caught within 9x5 miles of our hotel. Jersey Royals, Jersey Milk, Jersey Oysters are just few of the most famous and well known around the world. But Jersey line caught sea bass & Jersey lobsters are also renowned for their quality across Europe, add to this forged sea herbs, locally grown watercress or Shitaki mushrooms and you start to see why we love our Jersey larder and why food is so important in Jersey.
We are so proud of our local produce we have created several experiences to enable our guests to explore and learn more about the amazing produce of Jersey.

One of the Bohemia chefs will give you a guided tour of our Michelin Starred kitchens while you sample 3 white & 3 red wines and enjoy a selection of Bohemia canapes.

Chefs Tour of the Markets & Bohemia Lunch
One of the Bohemia team will give you a guided tour of Jersey's Central and Fish Markets before bringing you back to Bohemia for lunch.

Foraging Tour & Bohemia Tasting Lunch or Dinner
Choose between inland or coastal foraging with Bohemia's forager. Learn about herbs & mushrooms, seaweeds and shellfish, before returning for a 6 course tasting lunch or dinner.

Children’s Mocktails & Adult’s Afternoon Tea
The V.I.(Little).P’s will shake, stir and blend mocktails, whilst you enjoy a glass of Champagne each. Before the V.I.(Little).P’s don aprons to decorate a selection of fancies, leaving the adults to indulge in our Classic Afternoon Tea.
