Check in times
Check-in is possible at any time, but rooms are only guaranteed as being ready at 3pm, however luggage can be left at the hotel before rooms are ready.If you expect to arrive considerably late in the evening then please let the accommodation team know in advance so The Club Hotel know when to expect you.
Check out times and extensions
Room Departure: by 12pm on the final morning of your stay.Late check-out may be possible but by prior arrangement with The Club Hotel only at its discretion and which may be subject to an additional fee.
Paying for bookings
Rooms are paid for at the time of departure, unless you have prepaid for the stay online.Credit card we accept as payment
Payment may be made by any of the following card payments: Visa, MasterCard or Amex.Cancellation policy
Full details are set out in our Conditions of Booking.Cancellation of Advanced Purchases are the full cost of your stay.
Cancellations of Flexible Purchases are the cost of the first night only.

Children in the restaurant
We welcome well behaved children of any age when accompanied by an adult in the restaurant and bar during lunchtime and dinner service.

Parking facilities
Free on site car parking is on a first come first served basis, however if required staff will be more than happy to help reserve spaces closer to the entrance if necessary.

Smoking in rooms or around the grounds of The Club Hotel
We have a terrace, outdoor pool area and entrance area, all of which are outdoors and equipped with ashtrays for those who wish to smoke tobacco. All internal areas of The Club Hotel & Spa are non-smoking.

Before you arrive
We always encourage telephone enquiries so that we can discuss your requirements before you arrive. Our staff are trained and ready to assist anyone with mobility problems or in a wheelchair.Car parking
We have a number of parking spaces at the front of The Club Hotel & Spa. There are a few stairs at the hotel entrance, however we have a ramp which leads to our main restaurant, from where you can access the hotel. Our well trained staff are available to help.Restaurant
Our main restaurant Bohemia is located on the ground floor, with the breakfast room located on the first floor. Full waiter service is provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs.
Our menu is printed and can be verbally presented if required.
There is ample moveable seating and we have chairs without arms. Both restaurant areas are well-lit, with lots of natural daylight during daylight hours.Bedrooms
We have ground floor bedrooms that are suitable for use by patrons with reduced mobility, but please be aware they have full size baths with an over head shower. -
Breakfast inclusion
All bookings made directly with The Club Hotel include complementary breakfast throughout your stay. Booking via a third party website or travel agent will not include breakfast unless additionally paid for.
Breakfast is served in The Club Room Monday to Friday 7.00am to 10:30am, Saturday and Sunday 7.00am to 11:00am.

Gigabit super fast wireless internet is available throughout The Club Hotel & Spa, as well as Bohemia free of charge.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted inside the buildings of The Club Hotel & Spa with the exception of assistance dogs.
